Real Deal Classic Cars was founded by Jake, a lifelong classic car enthusiast whose passion started early. Like many people who grow up loving cars, Jake began with Hot Wheels, dreams of hot rods, and an eye for the muscle cars that defined generations of American performance. What started as childhood fascination eventually grew into hands-on experience, deeper research, and a serious commitment to the classic car world.
In the early days, Jake was drawn to modifying and customizing classic cars. Over time, that passion evolved. After attending car shows, visiting shops, studying different models, and spending time around collectors, he developed a stronger appreciation for original equipment, factory options, documentation, and the unique differences between model years. The more he learned, the more he recognized how much history is built into the details.
That perspective helped shape Real Deal Classic Cars. The mission became clear: to promote, preserve, and share the history of American classic cars while helping others find vehicles they can truly appreciate. Jake attends classic car auctions, car shows, and automotive events, while continuing to study the market and build relationships throughout the collector community.
